This was our fist purchase from Puzzle Lab. The unique pieces made for a great challenge, and we loved the feel and fit of the wood puzzle pieces. The puzzle unfortunately had chips on many of the pieces. Puzzle Lab was very quick to provide a replacement. Overall the product is good and the service was exceptional.

Great puzzle! Had lots of fun doing this one. Only issue was when we were taking it apart some of the pieces got stuck together and when we finally slid them apart the top half of a piece (with the paint on it) came off. We fixed with some glue but realized that the pieces are a bit fragile.

I couldn't wait to do this puzzle and started it the day after we got home. Then, I became so enamored with it that I had to continue until I had completed it. My grandson came over the next day and he was so intrigued that we disassembled it and redid it. It was just as much fun the second time. We will be doing this puzzle many times in the future, I can tell.
We love the feel of the pieces, the bright colors, the intricacy of the fit, the mental gymnastics involved in figuring out where the next piece goes, even the slight burnt wood smell that hasn't yet disappeared from the pieces.
I know I will be ordering more puzzles soon.
