Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:

Free local pickup available at checkout

Free shipping within Canada for orders over $150 CAD

Canada: $15 flat rate, tracked

All other locations are based on weight.

For orders to the USA: our products are wholly Canadian-made and therefore USCMA -compliant (tariff and duty-free). That said, in order to ensure no duties are charged to you at delivery, we will be shipping all USA-bound orders by DHL. This results in a slightly higher shipping fee but it is still significantly less than the 35% tariff rate that would be charged by shipping with Canada Post/USPS. We aren't thrilled about these changes but sincerely appreciate your support as we navigate these everchanging policies at the border! In fact, to show our gratitude to our USA customers, we have capped the shipping fees at $30/$35/$45 and Puzzle Lab will cover the rest of the cost!

Please note: Due to our use of DHL for U.S. shipments, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A valid U.S. street address is required at checkout.

For orders outside of Canada, USA, and Mexico, customs duties may be incurred, the amount of which is determined by your country of residence. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes in the country of residence. Puzzle Lab is not responsible for the payment of any customs, taxes, or tariffs.

Processing Time:

Each and every one of our puzzles is made by our small and dedicated team out of our downtown Victoria, BC micro-factory. We're growing fast, and as we navigate increasing our capacity through new machinery and more workers, we're experiencing variable delays in order processing times.
