Puzzle Lab’s online store is very kindly hosted by the fine folks over at Shopify. Heard of them? Another Canadian success story!

When you make a purchase through our site, your personal information will be shared with Shopify, so that we can jointly deliver your puzzles to you. That means sharing select pieces of personal information, but only to fulfill the order you’ve initiated. Your credit card information only travels to Shopify’s networks in encrypted formats, and we never sell your data to third parties. Promise!

Copyright for the art images reproduced on our puzzles remains with the artists themselves. Purchasing our puzzles does not give you ownership of their images. It’s fine to display your completed puzzle (what an accomplishment!) privately or online but not to reproduce or profit from our artists’ images in other ways. If you really love the artwork, why not drop a note to us or the creator about that? We’d love to hear just what moved you.

We’ve done our level best to present our products in the most accurate possible light on our website. That said, your device, software, or settings may alter the true colour palettes. If you’re looking for 100.1% assurance around the exact look of your chosen puzzle, then think about swinging by our store in Victoria. We’d love to say hi!

Many apologies in advance if small inaccuracies appear on this site. We do try to keep it latest-up-to-datest. But Puzzle Lab is an ever-evolving entity, so some measure of omissions, solecisms, or superannuated data is likely inevitable. There’s a mouthful for ya, eh? Our lawyers must’ve been feeling especially keen that day.

Puzzlers who buy from Puzzle Lab are frequently so happy with our intricately designed products that they come back for more and bring friends along on the journey, too. In the wildly unlikely instances of customer dissatisfaction, we will work with our dedicated puzzlers to make the situation right, with reasonable limitations and on a case-by-case basis.
