I LOVE your puzzles !! The colors are so vibrant and the pieces are cut so perfectly. Your new location in Victoria is the best. The brick walls and lighting displays the finished puzzles like the “artwork” each one truly is.

I enjoyed the puzzle although it was extremely frustrating due to many of the pieces being the same shape. (Something I didn’t fully appreciate until I was a third way through the puzzle )
A clearer photo of the picture would have been helpful.
Also, I’m not sure whether the person who gave it to me likes me or dislikes me!

Your staff sold me on this puzzle after being told people wanted to flip tables doing it. Another staff member said it was the hardest puzzle in the store which got me very excited! After finishing it in 4 and a half hours I was delighted with how fun the puzzle was. The pieces being shaped the same added a new level of difficulty that made the experience refreshing when compared to other puzzles.

True to it's difficulty rating, this is a challenging one. It is for someone who appreciates a puzzle that makes you work for every piece. It is not for someone who has a lower patience level for puzzles! The cut pieces fit smoothly together and are high quality. I usually do 1000 piece "normal" puzzles, but this 200 piece was just as enjoyable and still took me a while to complete.

It was a gift, and my friend did not really enjoy putting it together, although he has loved the 1000 piece puzzles. He found that the piece shapes were all too similar, and when he put one in the wrong place, it was very difficult to separate it out again, because the wood pieces tended to stick together. He need tweezers to separate them out again. I am sorry he did not like it more---- I thought it would be a beautiful gift!! It was my fault for buying the most difficult puzzle!

The puzzle is crazy difficult. The photo supplied for puzzle assembly is not of sufficient clarity to confidently assemble the puzzle. Lost interest before i finished the puzzle.

Yay success!! Definitely a tricky puzzle but don’t let that stop you from trying! The “not fun” rating is inaccurate - it’s lots of fun! Well made and I love the smoky smell of the wooden pieces too. Highly recommend for puzzle lovers

I am having a love/hate relationship with this puzzle, it is challenging but also addicting. Just when you think you've had enough you think "I can get one more piece" an hour later you are still trying for that one piece.

I received this as a gift and am wondering if they hate me. probably as hard a puzzle as there is. Looking at 2 other reviews I see mine was cut differently.
The unfinished edge made it even harder. some of the pieces are so similar and fit in several places. As I finished each area, I found I was swapping pieces and must have done the bottom right side 3 or 4 different ways until it was right.
good color vision is definitely an asset, In solving it I wondered why the base picture isn't higher resolution? Would that make is easier, so they choose this resolution.

This was by far the toughest I've bought.
I've done 10 puzzles but after 2 attempts I had to give up.
My sister couldn't do it either. The middle section is easy but top and bottom are a different ball game!
The pieces are almost all identical shaped and very hard to place as they fit almost anywhere.

If you want a challenge this is the puzzle for you! I found this the perfect number of pieces for the difficulty level. The cut (and sometimes colour) is extremely similar between the pieces, so definitely make sure you’re putting this one together in a well lit area. Loved it!
