Our 2nd puzzle from Puzzle Lab. Saw this one at Flagship store in October…requested it as a family gift this Christmas. Opened it early so we could do it this weekend…it took us Saturday-Sunday (mom, dad and 8 year old son). Attacked the animals first and then the leaves/berries etc slowed us down. Only maybe 2-3 things we had in wrong spot, but easily fixed. Love how it looks done. Will be a Yearly holiday tradition.

This was such a fun, whimsical winter puzzle. I was attracted to it because of the sweet birds and chipmunks and squirrel. The abstract edges and background cutouts added an additional dimension of artistry to this puzzle - as well as an added challenge! Between the abstract edges throughout the piece (especially the holly leaves) and individually-cutout holly berries, this puzzle had an enjoyable element of “spiciness” to it. What a pleasure to build.

We gave the new Christmas puzzle to a friend who is a puzzle fanatic and a whizz at doing difficult ones. It was his first Puzzle Lab challenge. He absolutely loved it and it took him much longer than it usually does to complete a very challenging 1000 piece puzzle. The best part for me was going into your wonderful shop to pick it up. What a delightful, inspiring place, quite amazing really, with a great staff person on hand. Much more fun than having it shipped!! Also, there’s so much other fascinating ‘stuff’ to see. Great stocking stuffers etc. I’ve been encouraging my friends to drop by when they are downtown. Oh, and the framed puzzle examples are fabulous!!! Gotta love Puzzle Lab…..brilliant! See you again!

This is the second puzzle from Puzzle Lab. The first was from our visit to Victoria and your shop in person. I put that puzzle together and then framed it like you have done with yours in the shop. It is wonderful. The Christmas/Winter puzzle is still in the works (it's a difficult one and taking some time). Thank you for making such a wonderful, beautiful produce!
